Lost posts aside, this is a feature i've been thinking about doing for a while. I wanted to take catwalk looks and show how we can achieve that look with high street prices. It's been done before, I know, but I often find that these 'high street' looks can sometimes be haphanded or just as expensive as the catwalk version. I want to research well and really make sure i'm finding some viable high-street options. I'm not saying mine will be amazing, but I can try!
My second reason for putting it off so long was finding the optimum site for collaging my pictures! Obviously the majority (ok, all) of the photos will be from the sites that the items can be bought on, and I found that with some sites it was difficult to get items from outside the US to use in the collage.
I digress, if anyone has any great site recommendations for this, please shout in the comments below.
My first Catwalk to Close was inspired by these ASOS White Collection cropped, blue pants. A similar style to 3.1 Phillip Lim's in his ready-to-wear Spring 2011. Here's the look.
And here's how you can achieve the look on the high street.
Let me know what you think about the feature & also if you have any suggestions re: sites for collating photos.

I almost bought those trousers today! Settled for another pair in the end as they're a more vivid blue ^_^

Hi! I am over from IFB. I would suggest that you try Polyvore. I have never used it mysefl but have heard great things from other bloggers who do collages. I love the bright blue pants! Great choice.
